Cortiq is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel and no recurring billing. Every new purchase is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If Cortiq is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. The guarantee applies to your initial one-time license purchase.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@cortiq.trade from the address you used at checkout, and include your order or activation key. We’ll confirm and start the refund — no lengthy justification required.
3. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued back through Stripe to your original payment method. Once approved, the refund is typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
4. After a refund
When a refund is issued, the associated activation key is deactivated and Cortiq will no longer verify on startup. You’re welcome to purchase again at any time if you change your mind.
