Terms of Service

Cortiq is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Your payment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run Cortiq for the lifetime of the v1.x product line. A single activation key activates the software on up to two machines and is verified on each startup. A future major version may be offered as a separate paid upgrade.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or share your activation key, nor circumvent the license activation. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software except where that restriction is prohibited by law. The license is yours alone.

Cortiq runs on your computer and connects to your own MetaTrader 5 terminal and broker account over a local bridge, and to the AI provider you choose. Cortiq is not a broker, does not hold your funds, and does not provide AI inference. Your use of any broker or AI provider is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or conduct.

Every order Cortiq places is executed through your own account. You are solely responsible for the configuration, risk settings, and outcomes of your trading. Cortiq is an execution and research tool, not financial advice and not a signals service. See the Risk Disclosure for the full warning.

Cortiq is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Software can fail, connections can drop, and data can be delayed or wrong. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cortiq and its suppliers are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, where Decode The Trade EOOD is established. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
