Support, complaints and withdrawal
Email the company contact with your order reference and requested outcome. Do not send full licence keys, card details or broker passwords.
Withdraw from contract online, or send any clear notice to the company contact. The Refund Policy explains the guarantee and statutory rights.
Consumers may contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection and its competent conciliation commissions. If a complaint remains unresolved, we will provide relevant ADR information and explain whether we are obliged or willing to participate. This does not restrict access to courts.
Privacy complaints
